I came here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were amazingly nice and very kind. The property was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, on the island of São Miguel. And it was also near very good restaurant Rotas da Ilha verde, R de Pedro Homem 49, the city center and the airport. The place had a quiet atmosphere...

The location is particularly GOOD, not too far away from Monumento ao Emigrante. And it's within easy walking distance of downtown.

The location was convenient and perfect for exploring Ponta Delgada. It was close to the island of São Miguel and the fantastic restaurant Rotas da Ilha Verde, as well as the airport and shopping center. We thoroughly enjoyed a clean bathroom, a television, and a writing table in our double room.

Walking to/from the airport was a breeze, taking less than 45 minutes, with the added bonus of early check-in. The shared kitchen was a great convenience for cooking, and the location near the biggest mall and airport was perfect. The owners went above and beyond, promptly fixing the AC. The nicely decorated rooms added to the overall comfort. The check-in process was a breeze, and the breakfast included tasty Azorean products. The comfortable accommodations at a good price made this a top-notch stay.
